Saved Views

DASHBOARD Saved Views Your filters, saved and named

  • Save your current filters and column setup as a named view

  • Available on the Requests and Linguist Jobs pages

  • Switch between saved views instantly

  • Mark any view as your default, and the page loads it automatically

How to Use

  • Open the Requests or Linguist Jobs page

  • Set up your filters and your column visibility and order

  • Save the setup as a named view

  • Mark one view as default if you want it to load automatically

Benefits

Views are per user, not per organization, so what you save and set as default is yours alone. An account is often shared by people with very different jobs who would otherwise all land on the same unfiltered list: invoiced requests for budget owners, in-progress ones for project managers, specific languages for language leads.

Dashboard UX Improvements

DASHBOARD Dashboard UX Improvements Three quality-of-life upgrades

  • Tables below the Financial, Quality and Timeliness charts can be resized, with the option to view only the table or only the graph

  • The Lara and Homepage charts now use the same customizable date range picker as the rest of the dashboard, replacing the old fixed presets

  • The Linguist Jobs table shows a Raw words column, with the total at the bottom of the table

How to Use

  • Resize a table by dragging its edge, or switch to table-only or graph-only view

  • Use the date range picker on the Lara and Homepage charts as you would elsewhere

  • Find the Raw words column on the Linguist Jobs table

Benefits

Small changes that remove friction: give a table more room when the numbers matter more than the shape, use one date picker everywhere, and read raw volume without exporting.

PLATFORM TOS Dashboard Deep Links Link into the dashboard from your own portal

  • Build links into the Requests page using data already in your portal

  • Supported values: order date, cost center, label, invoice number, request ID

  • The link lands on the Requests page pre-filtered to that value

How to Use

  • Have your developers construct the link using one of the supported values

  • Plug the value from your portal into the link

  • The user lands on the Requests page, already filtered

Benefits

No log-in-then-filter step. Someone following a link from your own systems arrives at exactly the requests that link refers to.

Configurable Adaptation Settings

PLATFORM Configurable Adaptation Settings Adaptation rules are no longer hardcoded

  • New adaptation_settings block in the service type

  • matching_strategy decides how a variant request is tied to its parent

  • match_window_hours sets how long after the parent a variant can still arrive and be treated as an adaptation

  • wait_window_hours sets how long a variant that arrives first waits for its parent

  • release_after_job_type sets which workflow step must complete before the adaptation job is created

How Adaptation Works

Adaptation translates a request into a main language variant first. On completion, it creates adaptation jobs into the related variants, so they reuse the main variant's memory matches instead of starting from scratch.

Matching Strategies

Strategy

How it matches

id_content

Uses an identifier you provide on both requests

source_hash

Matches on the source content itself

Benefits

release_after_job_type was previously always translation. It can now be any step marked as required in the workflow, so adaptations can start from revised content and inherit better matches.
