Export all your filtered requests in one click

  • Export all requests matching your current filters

  • No longer limited to visible/selected requests only

  • CSV format for easy analysis in Excel or other tools

  • Respects your permission settings (only exports data you can view)

  • Download appears in your browser's download folder


How to Use

  • Navigate to the Requests page

  • Apply your desired filters

  • Click the Export button in the top-right corner

  • Select 'Export All Filtered' (not just selected)

  • Download starts automatically


What's Included

The export includes all request data you have permission to view:

  • Request ID, Order ID, Order Group ID

  • Status, Service Type, Languages

  • Word Count, Spend, Dates

  • Any custom fields configured for your account


Pro Tip

Use filters strategically before exporting. For example, filter by date range and status to export only delivered requests from last quarter for billing reconciliation.

Your filters and settings stay put as you work

  • Filters remain active when switching between pages

  • Column order and settings preserved during your session

  • No need to re-apply filters after visiting another page

  • Settings persist even if you close and reopen a tab

  • Smoother, more efficient workflow


How It Works

Previously, navigating away from a page reset your filters. Now:

  • Apply filters on the Requests page

  • Navigate to Content or Analytics

  • Return to Requests and your filters are still there

  • Close the tab, reopen it, and settings are preserved


Note

Settings are preserved for your current session. If you log out or your session expires, settings will reset to defaults.
