Intake Manager

The Intake Manager is a simple form for submitting ad-hoc translation requests. It is the same as the New Order button in the Requests page.

How It Works

  1. User fills out the form (text, file upload, instructions)

  2. Request is created in TranslationOS

  3. Follows normal workflow

  4. User gets notification when complete

Use Cases

  • One-off translations from any team

  • Legal documents and contracts

  • Executive communications

  • Anything outside automated content streams

Anyone in your organization can use Intake Manager with no training required.
