How do I reset my password?
If you use SSO, contact your IT administrator. For email/password accounts, use the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page.
How do I add a new user?
Admins can add users through your identity provider (for SSO) or by contacting your Translated account manager.
What permissions do different roles have?
Admins have full access. Localization Managers have operational access. Viewers have read-only access. Finance users can access spend data and invoices.
Quality & Performance
Why is my quality score high (bad)?
Check the Linguist Page to see which linguists are working on that language pair. Review the Feedback tables to identify common error types. Consider whether training or different linguist assignment is needed.
What does EPT mean?
EPT stands for Errors Per Thousand words. It is a quality metric where lower is better. Your contractual threshold defines the acceptable level.
Why is my acceptance rate declining?
A declining acceptance rate may indicate: rates are too low, deadlines are too tight, content is not a good fit, or linguist capacity issues. Review the Linguist Page for details.

How do I connect my CMS?
Go to Connectors, select your CMS type, follow the authentication flow, then configure which content to translate and set up your workflow.
What file formats are supported?
TranslationOS supports 71 file formats including: Plain Text, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, InDesign, HTML, XML, XLIFF, JSON, PO, and more.
Can I use multiple connectors?
Yes. You can have multiple connectors active simultaneously, each with its own configuration and workflow.

How do I download an invoice?
Go to Invoices, find the invoice, and click the download link. Invoices are available as PDF.
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is based on word count, language pair, and service type. Contact your account manager for specific rate details.

The page is not loading correctly.
Try refreshing the page, clearing your browser cache, or using a different browser. If the issue persists, contact support.
I cannot find a specific request.
Use the search function with Request ID, Order ID, or Content ID. Check that your filters are not excluding the request.
